When I discovered P28 High Protein Bread, I was thrilled! As a professional athlete it is imperative that I consume enough protein daily to build and maintain my physique. Often times I must find creative ways to get adequate amounts of protein, and I am always looking for alternate protein sources to add variety to my diet. Using P28 High Protein Bread allows me to cut down on the amount of meat I need to use at a meal, which is a great change as I find myself eating meat all day long.

My favorite is a classic grilled cheese sandwich made with low fat cheddar cheese and a slice of P28 High Protein Bread. It makes for a healthy snack and it tastes great, which for me is a must!

I have tried a lot of "healthy" high-protien foods that honestly just don't taste that great. However, this is the exception with the P-28 High-Protien Bread. It actually tastes so delicious that I have made it a corner-stone in my fitness model food plan. My entire family loves it too!

I have recently discovered this amazing bread. I do Love Ezekiel bread, but once I read and compared the nutritional facts of both, I made the switch over to P28 High Protein Bread! P28 has 14 grams of protein and 12 grams of carbs in ONE SLICE! Compared to Ezikiel 4:9, they only contain 4 grams of protein and 15 grams of carbs! Now, I'm not knocking Ezekiel bread at all, so please don't misunderstand me, but in my opinion, the P28 bread is perfect for my diet and comes highly recommended!

I have been using P28 High Protein Bread since it was available at my gym.  P28 is the best tasting bread I have ever eaten and to top it off, it has 14 grams of protein per slice.  With the 7 essential amino acids it contains, it is like a complete balanced meal. I have been using it in my diet while I train for my figure competitions. I've found that by using the bread in my diet, I have been able to lose weight, tone muscle and it has acted to make my recovery time shorter.  It has become the best tasting part of my diet and I look forward to my P28 High Protein Bread with my meals!!!

It's great to finally be able to include some bread in my diet.  I have been using P28 High Protein Bread since I came across it at the local vitamin store.  What caught my attention was that it contains 100% Whey Isolate.  I see a lot of products out there that say they have extra protein, but all they have is a low quality protein.  For someone like me with a sensitive stomach, that doesn't cut it.  P28 tastes great and never bothers my stomach. It is a wonderful treat when you're on a strict diet.  I recommend it to everyone. It is especially beneficial to teens as many don't much like dieting or eating healthy. This is a great way to provide the much needed protein to a growing body and they will enjoy eating it with their meal.  Anyone with athletes in the famliy should have them try P28.  It is great to be able to incorporate bread into diets I write up for people.  P28 bread is good for cutting weight and for building muscle.

I opened my first gym and health food store twenty five years ago. Since then I have opened eight health food stores, and a half dozen gyms, including the first Gold's Gym in Florida. Since I personally sample and select the products I stock in my stores, I have tasted every type of bread that is labeled "natural", "healthy", and of course "protein bread". Needless to say, I could not find one that I was satisfied with, and certainly not one I could sell to my customers, or one that I could honestly endorse. That all changed when I sampled my first slice of P28 High Protein Bread. Right out of the wrapper I noticed a difference in the bread, and I can sum it up all in one word, "fresh!" The appearance, smell and taste are incredible, certainly not what I had experienced from previous taste samples. Let's face it, as bodybuilders, power-lifters, and strength athletes, we exist on a very limited (and boring) diet, and we are always looking for something to come along to assist us in maintaining it... well this is the answer! I am sure that once you try your first slice of P28 High Protein Bread, you will agree with me, and you will want to add it to your training table too. Sure I use P28 for all my tuna and turkey sandwiches, but also as toast with my egg whites and veggies in the a.m.... as garlic toast with my whole grain pasta... as croutons for my monster salads, as a quick, high protein mini-pizza treat. Remember, every two slices has 28 grams of muscle building protein, so you use much less tuna, turkey, or whatever you use for your sandwich... combine that with 12 grams of carbs and you have the perfect combination. I know you will find new recipes of your own, and I would hope that you would pass them on to me so I can share them with everyone, and who knows, if I have a good response, maybe we will have a contest and award some prizes.
